Nicole Luchterand
Board of Directors - Vice President
Nicole is a counselor at Comprehensive Treatment Center in Green Bay, holding an Associate Degree in Human Services with a focus AODA.
She is also certified in Reiki, CPR, Anxiety and Mindfulness, as well as Suicide Assessment and Intervention.
Jon Jolly
Board of Directors - Treasurer, Co-Founder
Certified CCAR recovery coach, Jon has dedicated 19 years to Humana, where he has been an integral part of their team.
Jason Freeman

Jason is a certified designer working for Closets by Design.
Victoria Perrron
General Board Member
Vicky is a marketing expert at Forward Service Corporation, having previously served in managerial positions within the employment and training division.
Additionally, she has entrepreneurial experience in the hospitality industry.
Shannon Gowan
General Board Member
Shannon Gowan is a committed professional with 13 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and possesses an Associate Degree in Medical Technology.
She currently acts as the Team Lead for Healthcare the Homeless and as the Mobile Unit Manager at N.E.W. Community.
Additionally, Shannon is nationally certified in ROMA (results-oriented management and accountability) and serves as an Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Candy Siebert
General Board Member
Candy is a dedicated advocate for individuals in recovery. She has received training as a Recovery Coach from Oneida Behavioral Health and has completed Intervention training with Lutheran Social Services.
Candy founded The Recovery Journey, where she helps families by sharing experiences and challenges related to a loved one's addiction.
